Drum-roll of honour for the Baddeley Brothers book

Baddeley Brothers’ critically acclaimed book has been shortlisted for two Drum Design Awards, which recognise the industry’s best design feats of the year. One of just four nominations for Best Print Design, and similarly for Best Editorial Design, this is remarkable recognition for the high calibre contributions made by each of the great designers and creatives who collaborated in the making of the book.

The prestigious panel of judges include Jonathan Ford, Partner & Chief Creative Officer at Pearlfisher, Kerrin Lumsden, Design Leader – Global Brands at Diageo, Greg Quinton, Executive Creative Director at The Partners and Graham Shearsby, Chief Creative Officer at Design Bridge.

Baddeley Brothers Director Charles Pertwee commented: “The Baddeley Brothers book was very much a collaborative effort and everyone poured their hearts and souls into its pages. It’s a real honour that these distinguished, world-leading designers have recognised the beauty of our work and the quality of our print. We’re delighted to see our book alongside such remarkable competition and we wish everyone shortlisted the very best of luck on the night.

The Gentle Author and David Pearson will be joining Charles at the black-tie awards ceremony on 27 April 2016 at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
